RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY
Half Price Imports Returns Policy has been designed in conjunction with the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees act to provide our customers with a clear process to communicate any issues or concerns with products purchased from Half Price Imports. Our Returns Policy ensures the protection of our customers and Half Price Imports in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
If you have concerns regarding any product purchased from Half Price Imports please email [email protected] with clear images and description of your concern straight away.
*Most issues are easily resolved with a clear description and images of the issue prior to having the item returned for further evaluation.
Management will assess your images and description to identify any instant solutions or whether the item needs to be returned for further investigation.
*Mechanical items incur an inspection rate of $100 for assessment, upon diagnoses if the issue is deemed to a warranty issue HPI will refund the diagnoses fee in full.
*Half Price Imports are not responsible for retrieving goods, however can arrange cartage at your own cost.
If your product requires inspection please allow up to 5 working days for our team to arrange the relevant people/resources to conduct their inspections.
*Any outcome that relates to user error and/or not a manufacturing fault, Half Price Imports reserves the right to charge for any time/labour costs incurred. Goods are not released until any outstanding payments have been cleared.
Half Price Imports will provide a response or resolution within 10 working days on goods arriving to 25 Heathcote Street Woolston.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your goods thoroughly on arrival, Half Price Imports choose to only use Carriers who carry full insurance. Insurance cannot be claimed on if you have signed for or accepted your goods. It is vital you check the goods (not just the boxes) thoroughly before signing that you have received these in acceptable condition. If damage has occurred and you have signed for your goods we are unable to provide a refund or replacement, you would need to contact your own personal insurer. If you feel the driver is rushing you simply DO NOT SIGN or ACCEPT GOODS unless you are satisfied, we strongly advise you do not give the Carrier Authority to leave (ATL) goods. Half Price Imports must be contacted within 24 hours by email [email protected] of any concern relating to damage to a Consignment. Half Price Imports will not release any replacement goods until the Carrier has possession of the damaged goods.
